References in these Terms of Use to the male gender are purely for reasons of convenience but apply equally to both genders.
All orders on the website shall be deemed to be following the reading and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Making an order on the website

When making a purchase on the website, there are fields for entering basic details about the ordering party. The ordering party must provide true and exact details.
All the special offers, discounts, and coupons appearing on the website are valid for one purchase only, and as detailed on the website only.
The website displays a large range of items. The display of an item on the website does not mean that the item is in stock and that it can be supplied. Should it be discovered after placing the order that the item is no longer in stock and it cannot be supplied, an email will be sent, or a call will be placed to the ordering party to resolve the matter.

Conditions of Supply, Warranty, and Shipping Fees

The Company will make sure to supply the product to a high and accepted standard, and together with all parts.
Once the product has been transferred in good order to the Customer, there is no responsibility for any damage caused to the product.
Prices for items on the website do not include shipping; shipping prices are detailed separately.

Shipping Time and Conditions

• Shipping times within Israel are: Delivery to your door — 4-6 business days from when your card is charged.
• Shipping is only within Israel and not to any other destination worldwide.
• Should the product no longer be in stock, we will contact you by telephone/email, and the delivery date will be delayed until the product is in stock or the missing product will be removed from your order following Customer authorization.
• Should the package be lost in the mail, a new delivery will be shipped within 7 business days, according to the original shipping conditions, in accordance with the availability of the product at that time.
• Should it be discovered at the time of placing the order that the item is no longer in stock and it cannot be supplied, an email will be sent to the Customer, informing him that his order has been canceled without charge.
• Should the blame lie with the Customer – for instance, he supplied an incorrect address – he will be liable to pay the costs.
• Supply times include business days only (Sunday to Thursday) and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, festival eves, Jewish festivals, and general vacation days in Israel.

Cancellation of a transaction

Cancellation of a transaction will be solely via a telephone call to the Company offices at 02-650-9400.
Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
When a transaction is canceled due to a damaged product, a discrepancy between the product supplied and that ordered, or the product not being supplied at the determined time, the Customer’s money will be returned within 14 days from the day the cancellation notification is received, and no cancellation fees will be charged to the Customer. The product will be returned to the Company, with the Company paying the costs.
When a transaction is canceled for reasons other than those listed in the previous clause, the Customer’s money will be returned within 14 days of the day the cancellation notification is received, with the exception of a cancellation fee (which shall be no more than 5% or NIS 100, the lower of the two) and after the deduction of the shipping fee which will not be refunded. The product will be returned to the Company, with the Customer paying costs.

General Conditions

The Company will not bear any responsibility for any illegal activity by visitors to its website while buying, or for any other party not within its full control.
The Company will make every effort to maintain the regular activity of the website, but is not obligated to ensure that its service will not be interrupted by faults in the hardware, software, or communication lines, and will not be responsible for failures or disruptions in the internet or communication lines.
Should any parties or events outside the control of the website operators, including force majeure, delay or prevent the sale of the products or the supply of the products which were advertised on the website at the times determined, the Consumer will be offered to choose between the options of waiting for the product to arrive or canceling the transaction.
The prices of the products on the website, the shipping fees, the conditions for supply, and the number of possible payments, are the sole prerogative of the Company, which will be permitted to change them from time to time without prior notice.
All pictures on the website are for illustrative purposes only, and there may sometimes be errors in photographs and/or differences in colors between the photographs of products published on the website and the products as they are supplied in actuality, for which the Company will not be liable.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges/returns of items purchased on the website will be possible at the Company warehouse, at 10 Ramban St, Beitar Illit, in exchange for a credit slip for the value of the price paid when making a purchase on the website.

Information Protection and Privacy

The Company is careful to manage the website carefully, skillfully, and in a way that is checked, and takes accepted precautions so as to maintain, as far as possible, the confidentiality of the information provided by the Customer. The Customer data entered on the website is encrypted. The Company obligates itself to make no use of the details of those ordering registered on the website, except for operating the website, to carry out orders, and the sending of marketing emails.
Credit card clearing is carried out using credit card processing companies that meet international standards, PCI, and will be carried out in accordance with the privacy policies of these companies.
In cases outside the control of the Company and/or due to incidents due to force majeure, the Company will not be liable for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, caused to the ordering party or someone on his behalf, if this information is lost or reaches a hostile party and/or use is made of it without permission.
The Company will not transfer the details of the Customers to any party whatsoever.

Intellectual Property

All the copyrights, trademarks, and the intellectual property on the website, including the website contents, website design, and any software, application, computer coding, graphics file, picture, text, or any other material included on the website, are the sole property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or transfer to a third party any of the aforementioned.

Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute will be judged solely in courts in Israel, in a place determined by the Company.
Priority will be given to go to a rabbinic court or arbitrator agreed upon by both sides.

We only accept returns within 60 days of the date of your order.

The receipt must be sent with the item(s). The returned goods will be exchanged for credit for purchasing in a store, or the book(s) will be exchanged. Items will only be accepted in new condition. Should the return be carried out using the postal service, please contact us in advance to verify your eligibility.
