Lessons of Emunah and Bitachon from the Weekly Parshah

As Jews, we know that emunah and bitachon, belief and trust in Hashem, are the bedrock of our lives, the foundation of our existence. But how can we grow and strengthen ourselves in these mitzvos on a practical level? We lead busy lives, full of distractions. What can we do to really make emunah and bitachon a part of our essence?
